Smartlifts focuses on the athletes response through data collection, technique cueing, and open ended communication to cultivate your optimal program. We use fatigue markers, peer back studies, past athlete successes, visual velocity measurements, tonnage metrics, mindfulness, and over a decade of practical, under the bar, experience to make you as strong and proficient as possible.
